  1. Studio Alisa Sheinson stands behind its art and its products. 
    We are here to assist you and would love for you to contact us in case of any question or request. 
    As we are located in Israel, we are present at the studio during Israel office hours (09:00 - 17:00 - Israel local time), on Sunday - Thursday, every week, excluding the days when Israeli holidays take place.

    We request that you to contact us by phoneemail or sending us a message, and we would respond as soon as we receive your message.

  2. How do I place an order?

  3. Where can I buy Alisa Sheinson’s products?
    Alisa Sheinson’s art is available on this website. As we are located in Israel, we ship our products worldwide.

  4. When will my order ship? When will it arrive?
    Your order will be shipped once the production is complete and you have made the full payment. The delivery time depends on the shipping options you choose and on your location.

  5. How does the shipping process work?

  6. Once your order is ready to be shipped and the payment has been made, we will ship the product via one of the larger shipping and handling companies, such as DHL, UPS or Fedex, depending on your location.
    It is highly important that you make sure your shipping address is correct before we send it, since we cannot make any shipping address modifications, once the product has been shipped.

  7. Where is the studio located? Where does the production take place?
    The studio is in Hertzliya, Israel. All our production process is handcrafted at the studio.

  8. How long is the production time?
    The production time varies from piece to piece.
    When the art is ready and needs mild modifications, the time is 2-3 weeks.
    When the product is custom made, the production time is 5-8 weeks.
    This does not include the shipping time.

  9. Can the pieces be altered? Dimensions, materials and colors?
    We can alter our pieces or create custom made pieces to match your needs.

ORDERING QUESTIONS

  1. How do I know if my order has been received?
    After you made your order you will receive a confirmation by email with further details on how to proceed. In addition, we will contact you to verify your order and payment details, by email or by phone.

  2. Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
    In case of your order is a custom piece once we start production it cannot be altered. For standard pieces it depends on a case-by-case basis. You should contact us and expose all the details on your request, and it will be evaluated.

  3. What are my payment options?
    You can pay by making a bank transfer. This is the most common procedure. It is also possible to pay by PayPal, as we can send you a payment request.

 

PRICING DETAILS

  1. Can I choose the currency I’m paying in?
    You can only pay in euros and US dollars. In case you wish to pay in US dollars we kindly ask you to tell us in advanced.

  2. How are your payment conditions?
    Pre-made pieces require a payment of 40% in advance, as the remaining balance must be paid in full prior to us shipping the art piece to you from Israel.
    for custom made pieces, the initial payment is 50% of the balance, and the rest must be paid prior to the shipping process.
    The studio reserves the right to postpone the shipment until the balance has been fully paid.

  3. Do you offer discounts for professionals?
    The studio offers considerable discounts for professionals, show rooms and galleries.

  4. All the prices are ex-VAT?
    All our prices are tax-free so they do not include the VAT.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

  1. How does the shipping process work?
    Once a purchase is made by you, the studio will contact you via email or phone, to make sure we have your correct shipping address. Once the artwork has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping details and tracking number, so that you may follow the route of the shipment.

  2. Is my package insured?
    As we only ship using the major shipping companies, your order is insured.

  3. How do I know that my order has been shipped?
    One week before shipping your order we will contact you for you to finish the payment. As soon as the pieces are shipped, we will inform you with all the contact details of the transportation company.

  4. What is the difference between “order date” and “ship date”?
    Order date means the day that you have made your order. Ship date concerns to the day that your order has been shipped.

  5. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
    Once the order has been dispatched it is no longer our responsibility. You will be
    given all the contact details of the transportation company so, in case you would like to change your shipping address you can contact them.

  6. Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?
    Usually we ship all pieces of the same order together. However, if you prefer we can ship them as soon as they are produced.

  7. What happens if I am not in when the parcel arrives?
    After your order has been dispatched, we will contact you with all the details you need. We will also kindly ask you for a contact of a second person. If you aren’t in when the parcel arrives this person will be contacted.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE QUESTIONS

  1. What is your return/exchange policy?
    No returns will be accepted without written consent from Studio Alisa Sheinson. Unauthorized returns will be refused at the customers expense. For authorized return we will provide all the information needed.

AFTER SALES SERVICE

​

  1. How do you proceed if the pieces arrive damaged to the destination?
    All our pieces leave our factory in perfect condition and perfectly packed. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. If a visible or concealed damage occurs in transit, please notify immediately the delivering carrier with a file notification of claim intention. Please note: Failure to report concealed damage within fifteen days of receipt will result in the denial of your claim. Any damage should also be communicated to Studio Alisa Sheinson during the first 48 hours after receiving the order; photographic evidence of the damages should be sent by email to info@alisa-sheinson.com.

  2. Do you offer a repairs service?
    If the product is correctly used it and for some reason it gets damaged, we will take responsibility and repair it.

  3. How can I clean my product?
    Each product has a clean and care guide. You will find the most suitable cleaning option in our website, in each product page.

  4. How long is the products warranty?
    We offer a lifetime warranty, as long as the products is correctly used and maintained in the most suitable conditions.

 

MISCELLANEOUS QUESTIONS

  1. Do you keep stock?
    Studio Alisa Sheinson doesn’t keep an extensive stock of its pieces. Generally, our pieces are produced upon request, so you will need to wait for the production time. However, on a case-by-case basis we might be able to ship your order immediately.

  2. Can you tell me when new products or special promotions are announced?
    Yes, we can, and we gladly will. By subscribing our newsletter, you will receive all our novelties and special promotions. You can subscribe it on our website.

  3. Is my personal information kept private?

  4. Can you take me off your mailing list?
    Yes, of course. All you have to do is reply to our email asking to unsubscribe.
